I have a deep-rooted, and stupid, phobia of needles.

I've considered going to a hypnotist to try and get rid of it.

My father had a similar thing. He had acupuncture and it did him a world of good.

yeah - initially acupuncture may seem a very unusual way to get over a phobia of needles, but it worked for me too! Didn't feel a thing. Have even given blood now!

..and although I cancelled it about 18 months ago my local gym has just started a new scheme (10 Sessions for £50 advance - £5/session equivalent) which I signed up for yesterday. £5/Session is a lot better for me than £55/month (minimum 12 month contract) as I was lucky to get the time to go once a week let along the 10+ times a month to make it worth paying a monthly sub!

Of course, the one I find interesting is;
Done something you told yourself you wouldn't?
But you don't have to elaborate if you really don't want to...
