I'm starting to clear out a load of books and games that I can't ever really see myself using. I've got every single book that White Wolf has ever published and it strikes me as silly that I have pretty much the same book in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd edition of certain games that I haven't played in years. I'm not going to get rid of everything from the World of Darkness as I may one day play Vampire: The Masquerade or Dark Ages again, but I'll probably never play Changeling (for instance). I never have done and can't see myself doing so in the future. Thus - goodbye Changeling books and hello shelf space!

Of course Changelling is just one example. I'm going to be trimming my shelves fairly heavily over the next few weeks. Of RPGs, Board/Card Games, Comics, Novels, CDs, DVDs and Vinyl. I need some space in here!

I'm giving my LJ readers first refusal from my goldmine. Anything that is left over is going on ebay on fidning other avenues of sale. If there is anything you want please shout. You can either collect (I'm in Finchley, North London) or I can mail them out to you (obviously you'll have to pay postage). If you order more than £50 worth I'll throw in 10% discount.

So without further ado here is the list... (all are in mint condition unless stated)

I'm going to have to dive into it at somepoint and list it all. Most of it is Industrial/Goth from the late 80's through to mid-90's. Some of it I'll definitely be keeping but some of it I'll be parting with. I have to clear a number of boxes to get to it first though!

I'll give you a heads up when I'm about to list it or help dig it out if you come over once Rosie's down here :p

Hmm, I'll have a think as some of that list looks mighty tempting : )

However - nothing on God's Green Earth would ever compel me to pay a tenner for Isle of the Mighty unless it contained the authors' home addresses... in fact, a lot of people (especially historians and archaeologists) would pay far more for just their addresses.

But, but what if you were in a horrible car accident and suffered brain damage and lost all your taste?
You should keep all the Changeling books in case of this terrible possibility.

And he'll have impecible taste - I'll look after him. <3

Ah well as long as you can keep him straight. Well you could always keep the Changeling books to prop up wonky tables.

I'm sure there must be good uses for them. Dropping on mice? ;)

Wish I could buy back my whole Ling collection :) Unfortunately I've not quite got the funds...

As someone who offloaded theirs onto ebay, I'd personally advise actually selling these through amazon marketplace - it may take a little longer, but you will be able to ask for more money - for example I just managed to sell my copy of Land of Eight Million Dreams for £50 on amazon, after a few months worth of listing, whereas the most I got for any book listed on ebay was £33 for Shadow Court and everything else went very cheaply.

Lots of RPG books are insanely expensive second hand, as I'm sure you know. Mostly the ones from franchises that never went further or that got replaced by universally derided systems, judging by comments A has made. I merely mention this...

Please hold for me the following three books:

- Isle of the Mighty
- Pour L'Amour et Liberté
- Book of Lost Houses: The Second Coming

My brother will check whether I have them tomorrow, and then I'll confirm the purchase! ;)
