Goth Bread Making Factory?

Please explain to me the logic of the following:

Fields of the Nephilim fans used to cover themselves with flour for effect. I'm wondering about gigs though...

flour + sweat...

why?

cheap bread I guess?

Not true fans
True fans, such as myself, always came in from the desert and didn't need flour. ;)

Re: Not true fans
There's always talc as well - but I suspect that'd be equally as gooey when wet.

I'm sure I covered myself in something before at least one of their gigs for can't remember for the life of me what it was now.

Re: Not true fans
I think talc was used more often, especially when you *cough* needed to get into those rubber vests.

Never under estimate the raw pulling power of a man in a black rubber vest and a pink rubber mini-skirt over a pair of leather trousers. Boy, did I have fun.
