Of all the bands/artists in your cd/record collection, which one do you own the most albums by?
Sisters of Mercy (inc. compilations, etc), Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Bauhaus, Fields of the Nephilim, PJ Harvey, Tori Amos, Bjork, the list goes on......

What was the last song you listened to (voluntarily)? - Lisa Gerrad - it's on now...

What's on your record player right now?
My actual record player? Dr Mabuse by Propaganda.

What song would you say sums you up?
completely depends on my mood, but then again no song could ever 'sum me up' (hopefull, anyway)

What's your favorite local band?
I can't answer this one. Several of them read my LJ! I guess my favourite local band that I have seen this year must be Voices of Masada which is sinbadsilk 's band.

What was the last show you attended?
Within Temptation a couple of nights ago.

What was the greatest show you've ever been to?
This is a very hard one. I've seen thousands of bands live over the last 17 years. I was a very prolific gig-goer, and still manage to get out and about today.... Best live acts MUST include the following though - Tori Amos, Bjork, Portishead, Garbage, Fields of the Nephilim, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, Bella Morte, New Model Army, Creaming Jesus, Puressence, Republica, Neneh Cherry, Front 242, Type O Negative, Bon Jovi, The Mission, Sisters of Mercy, Faith No More, Right Said Fred, Therapy?, Metallica, Clannad, Clawfinger, Terrorvision, The Levellers, All About Eve, Ugly As Sin, Pop Will Eat Iteself, Ghost Dance, Rose of Avalanche.... should I continue?

What's the shittiest band you've ever seen in concert?
Peter Andre and Fuse.

What band do you love musically but hate the members of?
I have a love/hate opinion of Eminem.

What is the most musically involved you have ever been?
I used to be the lead singer for a band called 'Avalon's Childe' (first time I've admitted that one on LJ), spent a couple of years DJing parties, school disco's, wedding receptions, etc back in the 80's and single handedly maintain the music industry through the amount of CDs I buy. Oh, I also used to work in a record shop.

What show are you looking forward to? - New Model Army in December.

What is your favorite band shirt?
Hmm.... not sure... I have quite a few as anyone who knows me can atest to. Probably either my Joy Division or one of my Nine Inch Nails shirts at present.

What musician would you like to hang out with for a day?
God knows. I'm not the type of person who wants to hang out with people just because they're famous.

What musician would you like to hump for a day?
I also fail to think of anyone when people ask me which actress/musician/whatever I fancy. I tend to only fancy people I've met. I do remember having a big crush on Wendy James from Transvision Vamp though so I'll go for her out of the lack of being able to think of anyone else....

Sabbath or solo Ozzy?
Sabbath, but only because I've heard a few more of their songs than I have Ozzy's stuff. Who did 'Mr Crowley'? Was that Ozzy solo or Sabbath? I had a copy of that album at one time when I was in my mid-teens and seem to remember liking it.

Commodores or solo Lionel Richie?
Nazi's or Al Qaeda? Genocide or Ethnic Cleansing? The Republican Party or Death By Lethal Injection? The link? I don't like any of them.

What was the greatest decade for music?
I like bands from all the decades so can't really answer this one. Every period has its style and its stars.

How many music-related videos/dvds do you own?
Lots. I can't be bothered to count. Sorry.

What is your favorite movie soundtrack?
Tough one. Mianly because I can't remember them all off-hand. I'm going to go with The Crow as that's the one I listening to the most. The last soundtrack I listened to was yesterday and was The Ginger Snaps OST. It's got some good songs on and some poo.

What's the crappiest CD/record/etc you've ever bought?
Lol. I have my fair share of crap. The only one I can remember returning though was the original Christina Aguilera CD which I mainly brought for 'Genie In A Bottle', actually I also remember returning the Aqua CD too....

Do you prefer vinyl or CDs?
I have a lot of vinyls and CDs. I used to love vinyl but unfortunate we've moved into a different age and I'm slowly fading a lot of it out via ebay, etc. I'll still keep some of my old LPs and 12/7"'s. The last piece of vinyl I actually brought was early in September when I got 'I Was A Human Bomb For The FBI' by Zombina & The Skeletons on 7". So, to answer the original question.... CDs.

All totalled, how much do you spend on music in a month?
On CDs - probably about £70 average. On music as a whole (gigs, etc), I don't want to know.
