4. Portishead

Transvision Vamp were around long enough to play a live gig? Wendy James where are you now? Of course I look at the video these days and wonder what I was thinking.

I was amazed how good Portishead were live, never thought it would work, and Beth wotsername wiggled rather nicely too.

Best news of all Fields are claiming to have a new album out next year, they may even tour again...I finally saw the Sisters recently and was soo dissapointed.

Transvision Vamp were actually around for a number of years and at least two albums (plus a greatest hits).

Portishead were absolutely fantastic live. Beth Gibbins has an amazing voice which is so powerful live. I was truly stunned at her performance. Must see again.

Good news about Fields. It's been way, way too long. The Sisters can be very hit and miss. I've seen them when they've been at their best and I've seen them when they've not been so good.
