Old Friend

On the move...

Well it had to happen sooner or later. After almost three years in the same flat I'm moving in February. I'm being joined by Dave (currently flatmate) and Sasha in a lovely three-double-bed terrace house in Finchley Central. Rent will be cheaper than I'm paying here (I save £75 per month by moving from a 2-bed flat to a 3-bed house?!?), there'll be loads more space and I'll have a garden for BBQ's (even if it is a concrete garden but it's better than none at all!).

If all goes well the move will take place on February 14th. I know it's Valentine's Day but as I said to both of the guys moving will take our minds off the fact that we're all single and unloved. I'm not sure if that went down too well though?

Anyway, once we're settled we'll have a house-warming (and it's Sasha's birthday the week after we move in).

Ta ta for now!

Industrial Music Inspired Comic

I really should stop surfing and get on with my evening. But then I wouldn't be able to pass these great stories to you, gentle reader.

In this, my second link of the day, I present a news article about a comic book called Industriacide which was inspired by bands such as Nine Inch Nails, My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult, Front 242 and many others of the same ilk.

No idea if the comic is any good but I'll probably have a gander next time I'm at Forbidden Planet or Mega-City.

Anyway, further info can be found at

Take care, gentle readers, until next time I remain...

(no subject)

I love being in control of the company website (http://www.leisuregames.com). I've just rewritten a couple of the 'About Us' entries and added Andy as he's ended up being a full-timer for us. Also removed John (bye John!) as he's levaing in a few days and it was easier just to retitle his page as Andy than create a whole new page, links and stuff. Yeah ok, I was feeling a bit lazy.

Next up is getting some pictures up there. The only pictures we have of staffers are Mike and Tony and they are so out of date and (imho) are a bit pants. I have some pictures on CD of the rest of us and will have to crop them for the site at somepoint soon. Sean will hate me forever so I might miss his out but I'm sure Keyvan and Andy would appreciate it (depending which pics I use ;-p).

Anyway, for those who are interested this weeks New releases have now been post to the .com site. The .co.uk site will be done tomorrow from work.

Ho di dum. Bored now. More surfing and then an early night I think. Probably get another issue of Astro City: Local Heroes in before I crash too.
