Voices From The Pulpit (Ramblings of an Inadequate Messiah)

Tonight Barnet play the mighty Manchester united at Old Trafford in the Carling Cup. My little sister is amongst the 6,000+ Barnet fans travelling up there to cheer the team on in one of their biggest ever outtings.

I doubt anyone really thinks we have a chance of beating Man U but hopefully it'll be an entertaining game and we'll be able to manage a few scares without being completely humiliated.

As can be witnessed by my recent lack of LJ Posts I've been a bit busy and offline the last few days. I'm alledgedly in the middle of three days holiday (but worked both yesterday and this morning...) as well as much gigging (saw Kaiser Chiefs/Maximo Park/The Cribs last night and off to Lacuna Coil this evening...).

I have tomorrow booked as a holiday and am actually hoping to have the whole day off. So hopefully I'll be able to catch up with everyone's posts (a daunting task) and also do a couple of updates myself asthere are a efw things I'd like to mention and/or clarify.

Those of you who thought pop music is sick now have a very good reason to think so. New girl band, Prussian Blue, is a White Supremist group from California comprising of two young blonde haired, blue-eyed, 13-year old twins. With songs such as Sacrifice which is a tribute to Rudolf Hess, Hitlers deputy.
