Old Friend

Victorian Adventure Enthusiast

Just saw this entry on the anachrotech community and know a few of the guys and gals who read my LJ might be interested in it.

Plus as we're releasing Victoriana 2nd Edition next week at GenCon Indy it's a great way of me dropping that into conversation again :p

(Haven't checked the site out myself yet but will do later)

What is Victorian Adventure Enthusiast?

Victorian Adventure Enthusiast is an on-line resource for material related to Victorian Era Role-Playing Games. Including styles and themes like: steampunk, weird west, alt history, occult investigation, scientific romance, vintage horror, gaslight fantasy, and classic adventure stories.

This journal will be free and as such will depend on fans of the genre for it's submissions.

Our goal is to be as open about submissions as possible. We look forward to receiving adventures, campaign ideas/notes, and character write ups for settings like Etherscope, Cthulhu by Gaslight, World of Darkness, Deadlands, Forgotten Futures, Unhallowed Metropolis, Victoriana, Full Light Full Steam, Castle Falkenstein, Dark Continent, Iron Kingdoms, and Space 1889. But they don't have be setting specific and we hope to see pieces using "generic" systems like GURPS, Savage Worlds, and D20.

We will also have a collection of links to other great on-line resources for Victorian Era gaming as well as a glossary of "steampunk" terms, an extensive Bibliography and media reviews.

Cubicle 7

The Banners we made for GenCon have arrived and they look fantastic!

In addition to the Cubicle 7 Logo one we've taken round UK Games Expo and Conpulsion this year we made up four more to directly promote some of the games and hook people into coming over to our stand by seeing pretty pictures (you can tell our marketing whores have been working overtime can't you :p).

We have great 'people' images from both SLA Industries and Victoriana. The front cover to Starblazer Adventures (to be released in December) which will be unveiled next week at GenCon and also the front cover of  a brand new game we'll be announcing next week at the show!
Lots of vinyl goodness (plus I love the smell of vinyl so unwrapping them I was in my element... er, actually that's too much information isn't it???)
