Gloomy Bear - Bite

I feel like Sly Stone...

...half my face is gelled up and numbed... and I can't find my dentists number or recall there name so I might not be able to call them today. If not then I'm wandering down there after work or first thing tomorrow morning to copy there number down and arrange an appointment. This (unless they can do me tomorrow) looks likely not to be until Tuesday though as I'm working on Monday (and Mike has the day off for a dental appointment of all things!) .

Tuesday would be good as I'm off then - and all the rest of next week - and am due to attend the Brand Licensing Fair at Olympia on Wednesday so would really like to be able to talk properly then :p (Saying that I can talk fine right now, but I'd prefer to go there not having to worry about my tooth).

Anyway, back to work for today. I think this weekend is going to end up being a very quiet affair as I'm certainly not in the mood for partying with my tooth (of course if I do somehow get a dental appointment tomorrow then the hectic Saturday night party-schedule may be back on).

Slaine: The Horned God Fan Film

I enjoyed Judge Dredd but I always preferred the Slaine strips that appeared in 2000AD. Thus, when Dave told me there was a very good fan produced trailer online for 'Slaine: The Horned God' I was a bit dubious. Fan produced things rarely impress but this is possibly the best example of WOW! I've seen in a long time. I've no idea how long it must have taken to complete but it's better than some of the things I've seen by professionals over the years. If this was a trailer for a real film I reckon it'd beat the Beowulf movie (from what I've seen of that trailer).

It's narrative is in Spanish but it does have English subtitles.

Anyway, without further a do, here is the Slaine: The Horned God Fan Film:
