Now I remember why I hate phoning Customer Service Departments in my lunch hour. Been over ten minutes and I'm still 'on hold'..... grrrr...... I'm hungry. HURRY UP!

All in all I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes ON HOLD today and ended up not talking to a single soul. I'm going to write a letter of complaint (especially as it was a 'local rate' charge!) about this as well as one about the screw-ups my bank had with my loan a couple of weeks ago.

In regards to my phone calls today though I'm going in to see them personally tomorrow as I have the day off and will no doubt rant at a poor salesperson who had nothing to do with the customer services inefficency. Then I'll get all guilty for ranting to an 'innocent' and will probably back down. Damn it :(

Thats terrible! i would complain too, local rate! my Goodness . But to be fare i know what ya sayin bout loosing it with someone who had nothing to do with it, but then again who else are you supposed to loose it at??? innocent or no!
