Galloway vs. Coleman

Whatever you think of George Galloway it was certainly pleasing watching him lay into Senator Coleman and the accusations against him in the States.

Bringing a few things into hopefully a slightly more public American eye (if it got reported over there?) and being more bullish than most people who appear before a Senate Committee.

One day I really hope the truth of everything comes to light and, if needs be, Bush, Rumsfeld, Blair, etc, all end up at The Hague facing war crimes.

(Edit: Apparently Galloway's appearence has been reported fairly widely in the States although I'm not sure how high up the news list it was :p)

Apparently it was reported on American news that he merely had a rant at them rather than actually tore a strip off them.
I'm afraid the majority of Americans don't like to see the superiority of their infallible Senate challenged.

Actually, I'd argue that most Americans *love* to see this.Congress is not high on anyone's love-list.

The story just wasn't reported in-depth hhere because our news outlets (IMHO) are attrocious.

They showed much of his speaking in Canada. It was great. We were all cheering and clapping.

It was presented here in quite a straightforward manner.
