Reading the press release on the actual West Midlands Police site it sounds like a bit more than some twat. Of course it doesn't mean it's not a false alarm.

The police initially just warned companies to check for unattended bags. Then an hour later after more intelligence they called for an evacuation.

No doubt we'll see what's up in the next few hours - or when I wake up in the morning...
