Movies, Gigs, Movies.....

Right, thought I'd make a very quick post before heading out of the door this morning....

This evening I will be seeing The Mission at The Astoria. Any of you gorgeous people also going to be in attendence? Anyone going for drinks beforehand? I was thinking of hitting either the Cro Bar or The George. For thsoe going please remember the Astoria puts the bands on earlier than most venues. I reckon The Mish will be on stage by about 8.30 - this is because of the club nights they run after they kick all of us smelly goths out of there! :p

Howl's Moving Castle - We're meeting at Maddens Pub on East Finchley High Road around 8pm on Monday. The film starts at 8.45 at The Phoenix (2 mins walk form pub if that). I know quite a few of you have replied to me saying you want to come. I'd suggest picking up your tickets before heading to the pub just to a) make sure and b) so we don't have to que when we head to the cinema :p

I also fancy going to see Land of the Dead in the next few days if possible. This might end up being a Wednesday afternoon film before gaming as I have the day off and am fairly busy in the evenings next week. However if people are going (or want to go) and we can sort out times I can be persuaded to go with company :)

In the absence of another post this weekend I hope everyone has a good one and I'll stop by later to see if any Eskimo's have left me messages :p

Hi Angus
See you at the pub, before the film.

See you on Monday!

I'd also like to see Land of the Dead, so let me know if you change your mind and decide to go one evening / weekend instead.

Might be able to do Thursday night. Or maybe Tuesday if I get a last minute cancellation from the friend I'm supposed to be hooking up with then.

Would you be available on Tuesday on short notice if this were the case? Also, you game on thursdays don't you? If not then we could organise diaries accordingly.

Tuesday short notice shouldn't be a problem.

I'm not so sure about Thursday - no game, but I might be meeting some people who were on my train on 7th July. It's not yet been decided whether it's going be this Thursday or next. I think it's more likely to be the later date, but I can't commit to anything until I know for certain.
