Emilie Autumn - Tale of Two Sisters

Thought I'd let you hear some Emilie Autumn. I found this fan made video which uses one of her songs alongside the Korean film 'A Tale of Two Sisters'. The film itself is certainly worth watching. I saw it a couple of years ago and it's very well made. That said I am a sucker for Asian Horror films :p

Anyway, here's the video...

I was watching that movie last year with a friend, the phone rang and left the room to talk, leaving me all alone in a darkened room... the movie still playing on a huge screen, the impressive sound system doing its thing.

I completely was soooo, uh, freaked out. That kitchen scene, where there's *something* moving under the kitchen sink... *meep*

Asian horror films are impressive - psychological terror at its best.

Japan and South Korea can certainly teach the rest of the world a thing or two about making decent horror films.

I usually say I can't stand horror - but what I guess I mean is I can't stand the American-style slash-gore-comedy horror films as I absolutely adore the Asian suspense-psychological horror ones :)

:)

And that vid is great - beautifully edited. I like the singer, nicely edgy; her singing style reminds me of a goth chick band from the 90s, but I can't remember their name...

Asian mythology is about spirits and ghosts, and that makes for a much more disturbing feel than anything Hollywood can come up with.
