Too tired and drunk to make a proper post. It's after 3am and I really need to sleep as I was drifting off whilst trying to read my friends page. If anything important happened on Friday please let me know and I'll jump to you page and read it!

Today has seen some really MAJOR meetings and deals for Cubicle 7. Regardless of how well our sales our these meetings have made the trip worthwhile :)

This evening we also went to the ENNIE Awards as guests of 7th Circle Games (QIN: Warring States) and discovered that we were sharing the same table as Exil Games Studios - I think they are stalking me...

The award ceremony was fun and I was very glad to see Exile win an Ennie for Hollow Earth Expedition, Evil Hat win one for the Spirit of the Century rules-system (which we're using for our Starblazer Adventures game due for release in December! :p) and our hosts, 7th Circle, won two awards for QIN: The Warring States including the Silver award for Best Game!!!

This was major news as it's the first time a French produced game had not only won an ENNIE but also been nominated (six times no less I believe!!!). Even better news considering an announcement we'll be making tomorrow at the show :D

After the Awards we ended up going to the Pullmans Lounge for a few drinks before Dom, Valierie, Florant and myself headed off to a pub to meet a couple of other guys. We weren't allowed in though as I didn't have any idea to prove my age!!!!! That's the first time I've been ID'd and turned away from a pub since I was a teenager I think! Anyway, we went to the Union Station Underground Bar instead and drank the rest of the night away before returning here a few minutes ago.

I have to be oin the stand in just over six hours so am about to switch off and get some shut-eye.

Well done to all the award winners and nominations! Green Ronin's Ultimate Powers, various Black Industries Warhammer FRPG titles and Monte Cook's Ptolus pretty much cleaned up most of the awards with Ultimate Powers book for Mutants & Masterminds winning the most awards in the awards history!

Night night

Hey, if you guys are going to revive Agone in English my little ears will prick up! ;)

Agon was very pretty but is not one we'd be interested in (certainly at this point anyway). It was produced in French and English by Multisim who went bankcrupt a few years ago.

I'm not 100% sure who actually owns the rights anymore although I have a feeling it's the company that brought up quite a few of the IPs post-bankcruptcy.
