I feel more awake right now than I have in weeks. Reminds me why I enjoy exercising and that i should really try and do it more often (I should *try* and do it every day but can't see that happening anytime soon with my schedule and general motivation at present).
I really have to try harder to find time for a workout each day - even if it's just basic weights and stretching at home. Ideally I'd be able to start getting down to the gym again to make use of their machines and (more importantly) their pool.
